Magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) modified with organic dendrimers are shown to be a viable sorbent of the microextraction of the drug rosuvastatin (RST; also known as Crestor). The MNPs were prepared from iron(II) chloride and iron(III) chloride and then coated with silicon dioxide. The coated MNPs produced by this method have diameters ranging from 10 to 60 nm according to scanning electron microscopy. The MNPs were further modified with organic dendrimers containing methyl methacrylate and ethylene diamine. The resulting MNPs were characterized by SEM, Fourier transform infra-red and thermal gravimetry analysis. Then, the efficacy of the modified MNPs with respect to the extraction of RST was studied. The adsorption of RST by MNPs can be best described by a Langmuir isotherm. Following elution with buffer, RST was quantified by HPLC. The method was applied to the determination of RST in (spiked) human blood plasma, urine, and in tablets. RST extraction efficiencies are 54.5% in plasma, 86.6% from the drug matrix, and 94.3% in urine. The highest adsorption capacity of the RST by the MNPs adsorbent was 61 mg?g?1.

Vibration of circular plates in contact with fluid has extensive applications in the industry. This paper derives added mass and frequencies for asymmetric free vibration of coupled system including clamped circular plate in contact with incompressible bounded fluid. Considering small oscillations induced by the plate vibration in the incompressible and inviscid fluid, velocity potential function is used to describe the fluid motion. Derivation uses Kirchoff’s thin plate theory. Two approaches are used to derive the free vibration frequency of the system. The solutions include an analytical solution employing Fourier–Bessel series and a variational formulation applied simultaneously on the plate and fluid. Strong correlation is found between free vibration frequencies of the two solutions. Finally the effect of fluid depth on the added mass and free vibration frequencies of the coupled system is investigated.  相似文献

The concept of submerged floating tunnel (SFT) has become an increasingly attractive idea to cross the straits. The structural solution in this scheme includes buoyancy force on tunnel body plus tension in mooring tethers. This paper investigates the effect of submergence on the dynamic response of SFT due to moving load. The inertial effect of the fluid is accounted for by evaluating the added mass of tunnel using two and three dimensional models. It is found that fluid–structure interaction increases dynamic amplification of the tunnel deflection (in some cases very significantly). The results show that although the 3D model predicts lesser inertial contribution for surrounding fluid, it is not always possible to associate the larger response with the 2D or 3D models. The discrepancy between the results of the two models decreases as the tether stiffness increases. This indicates that the adoption of Morison’s equation for evaluating the fluid loading on the tunnel is a reasonable assumption when the tether stiffness is high. It is also found that by increasing the tether stiffness, it is possible to introduce a major reduction in the dynamic amplification of the response and by this way control the dynamic response of the SFT.  相似文献

In this paper we develop a stochastic programming approach to solve a multi-period multi-product multi-site aggregate production planning problem in a green supply chain for a medium-term planning horizon under the assumption of demand uncertainty. The proposed model has the following features: (i) the majority of supply chain cost parameters are considered; (ii) quantity discounts to encourage the producer to order more from the suppliers in one period, instead of splitting the order into periodical small quantities, are considered; (iii) the interrelationship between lead time and transportation cost is considered, as well as that between lead time and greenhouse gas emission level; (iv) demand uncertainty is assumed to follow a pre-specified distribution function; (v) shortages are penalized by a general multiple breakpoint function, to persuade producers to reduce backorders as much as possible; (vi) some indicators of a green supply chain, such as greenhouse gas emissions and waste management are also incorporated into the model. The proposed model is first a nonlinear mixed integer programming which is converted into a linear one by applying some theoretical and numerical techniques. Due to the convexity of the model, the local solution obtained from linear programming solvers is also the global solution. Finally, a numerical example is presented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed model.  相似文献

In this paper, solving a cell formation (CF) problem in dynamic condition is going to be discussed using genetic algorithm (GA). Previous models presented in the literature contain some essential errors which will decline their advantageous aspects. In this paper these errors are discussed and a new improved formulation for dynamic cell formation (DCF) problem is presented. Due to the fact that CF is a NP-hard problem, solving the model using classical optimization methods needs a long computational time. Therefore the improved DCF model is solved using a proposed GA and the results are compared with the optimal solution and the efficiency of the proposed algorithm is discussed and verified.  相似文献
